Daisy Birthing is a gentle and relaxing active birthing programme combining yoga inspired moves (you don’t have to be bendy to take part!) with breathing exercises and self-hypnosis techniques. All classes are approved by the Federation of Antenatal Educators.
Daisy birthing offers weekly classes. These classes aim to give weekly relief from common complaints in pregnancy, such as heartburn, back pain, pelvic girdle pain and long term benefits using rythmic repeated movements to help make birthing techniques second nature for when the time comes.
It is a great type of birth preparation and you can join in whatever your birth plan (even if you are having a cesarean section)
