Monday evenings 6pm-7pm – Pregnancy Yoga with Cecilia Morreau

Pregnancy is particularly a time where women turn to yoga to help them through the stresses, body changes and help ease the birth. Particular breathing, stretching and relaxation techniques are used aimed especially at pregnant women in all three trimesters.
