De-Stress and Hatha Yoga
Tuesday evenings 5pm-6pm – De-Stress Yoga for All with Cecilia Morreau
This class is aimed at people who are busy in their everyday world to give them some ‘down time’ and peace for an hour out of life. In this class the emphasis is on breathing, slowing the pace of movement and achieving stillness of mind and body. It is a gentle form of yoga and is suitable for both pregnant and less mobile students.
Thursday evenings 7pm-8pm – All Levels Hatha Yoga with Cecilia Morreau
