Nutritionist – Kay Clarke

Kay became very interested in nutrition when practising as a health visitor. She saw so many mums and children with health complaints that appeared to relate to what they were eating. Nowadays the science of nutrition is well and truly accepted as a means of preventing and helping most health concerns.
Kay trained with the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London under the guidance of well-known author and TV healthy expert Patrick Holford. She is particularly interested and experienced in women’s health (having previously also worked as a midwife), and has helped lots of females resolve their health problems.
