Louise Woods – EFT, Reiki, Indian Head massage, Crystal Therapy and Meditation
Louise is passionate about complementary health in general and has focused her energies into developing her chosen skills of EFT, Reiki, Indian Head massage, Crystal Therapy and Meditation. Louise had previously had a very stressful period in her life and turned to complementary therapy when the stress got too much. She was so impressed by how much the therapies helped her that she re-trained as a therapist in order to help others. Louise’s bright, energetic approach and natural warmth helps her reassure and relax her clients. She is dedicated to helping women balance mind, body and spirit, using nature’s tools and gentle healing touch. She empowers clients to be able to relax the mind whenever they feel anxious, or stressed through breathing and relaxation techniques.
